Instructions:

| 1. Adjust the curve of grillz to fit comfortably over teeth.

2. Adjust the prongs in the back to fit behind teeth. |
3. Put the FDA Approved Silicone fixing bar in the middle of the grillz |

| 4. Use a tweezers or pliers and pick up the grillz and fixing bar together. |
5. Put it all in a hot cup of water (microwaved water is ok) until the fixing bar becomes clear. |
6. Look in the mirror and insert into your teeth, wait 2 minutes. |
